I can't really think of a plotline for this match, but here we go. James Bond and John McClane are fighting in the Nakatomi Plaza. John and James both have a Baretta 92 F, and James has that suitcase that releases tear gas. Other weapons restricted. Speed is not equalized. Both start 10 meters away from each other. Victory via any means.

John McClane
James Bond

There's still a few things that we need to know :[

John and James both have their firearms, but do they both have access to all of their weapons or just the ones listed?
On top of that, does James have access to his vehicles?

When you say "Victory by any means" I would think that means yes, but more needs to be specified here, im sorry-

They are in a building, of course James does not have access to his vehicles. Not trying to sound rude. Yes, they do only have access to the things I listed. Also, thanks, I was waiting for my first response.

I gave them both firearms. The rules are that you must give them stuff listed in standard equipment. I'm giving them firearms, but nothing like that that will practically put them in a different tier. They have guns. Do I need to seriously read through all the guns and specify which each of them have? I never understood how they can carry them all in those movies anyway.

John's equipment even without the launcher.

It doesn't specify what James's firearms are. Okay, how about we give them each the same firearms and numbers of those firearms to make sure one side doesn't have an unfair advantage in that department? In that case, I think it comes down to skill and experience.

So here's what I could figure out:

John wins in the strength stat since he has a gun and his tear gas suitcase (it says 9-B, higher with weaponry, although this could also apply to James although it isn't listed)
James, however, wins in the speed stat. He's Peak Human while John is Athletic human (This accounts for travel and attack speed, although both of their attack speeds are equal [Subsonic/Subsonic+] since they both have guns)
A lot of the other stats are kinda weird, but in the end I see this being a VERY close win on Johns side. He's been stated to still be able to fight full power while still taking bullets, and his stamina is much higher than James'. I can see an argument here being made about the fact that James' speed is slightly higher, but I'm pretty sure that John wins this fight.

It'll likely take a while for more people to chip in to this conversation, so i reccomend keeping this post up for at least another week :0
I intend to message some users who have been in threads with these characters in the past to help with the process. Your vote is good for a start though. I will see about finding other users sometime later.

Oh, I just wanted to point out, Bond is the one with the tear-gas suitcase, not McClane. I think Flip got mixed up, as he said John (McClane) had the suitcase. ANyway, that's two votes for John.

Even If so I think it's unlikely that Bond would be able to activate it it both the situation of McClane rushing him and McClane opening fire
That's 2 for McClane :0
