As much as I like Mac, I think Joe takes this one. Mac can get tired fairly quickly if hit repeatedly, and Joe has been shown to sustain massive damage, most likely being able to survive hits from Giga Mac or at least dodge them.

Joe should win this fight pretty easily. While Mac is a talented outboxer, Joe's style of running in and quickly wailing on his opponents would leave Mac tired rather quickly and leave him open for a colossal beating.
