However, Mac does absolutely stomp in terms of LS. He's Class 25 compared to Jimmy's Peak Human LS, gap that Jimmy can't at least try to shorten.

It seems as though Jimmy's intelligence and weapons give him this, as they give him an even bigger AP advantage and a range advantage too (not including their various effects), so he could in theory avoid any sort of grappling situation where Mac definitely would win.

Overall i'd say Jimmy takes this low-mid diff due to his AP, Range and status effect manipulation advantages.
