Ignoring the fact that they aren't even close in AP, does Mori really not have any soul manip resistance?

Because if not, I don't really see what stops Ning from just using his thought-based soul crush, erase himself from Mori's memories, or a bunch of other shit.

Like, the only advantages Mori seems to have are AP, and LS, both of which won't help him at all as Ning can just destroy his soul kilometers away. Nings range is also much higher than Mori.

.....How? I was unaware that Mori had regeneration negation or energy attacks of any kind.

Not that it matters since Ji Ning can just think and shatter his woul. Or use law-hax/concept manip to paralyze him. Or erase himself from Mori's memory, though he's not in a rush to do this particular move.

Seriously though, this seems like a stomp. A shame too considering I had initially wanted to see a skill competition between the two.
