Uh, Blue scales to Street level+. Doesn't this mean they scale to the median or average of the tier? If so, then Blue would be around 25.5x stronger than Jason. From what I recall, the one-shot value on vs wiki is a 7.5x AP to Durability difference. It also means Jason's attacks are barely going to hurt Blue unless I'm missing something.
