Let me see the feats. Breaking bones and sending people would definitely be high-end Street level tho. Snapping necks with utter ease where all the tendons, blood vessels and even the neck bones are torn apart would be flat-out Wall level.

Combat speed is how swift characters can hit each other and dodge attacks in personal combat.
