Jashin-Chan vs Debby the Corsifa

This one is a match I thought up since one of my buddies likes to compare Debby with Jashin-chan. Already there's a discrepancy between the two. Their AP is miles apart from each other, with Jashin-chan having an AP of 2.4 megajoules and Debby having an AP of 32.9 megajoules. That's a whopping 15x AP gap! However, there are other things to take into account here. Namely...

• Jashin-chan has a general speed advantage, having a speed rating of 145 m/s. Debby has a travel speed rating of 18.1 m/s, a combat speed rating of 126.7 m/s, and a reaction time of around 5 milliseconds.
• Jashin-chan has a significant lifting strength advantage, confidently being able to pull off 2.32 metric tons and struggling to hold up 3.86 metric tons. Debby's lifting strength is only 200 kilograms.
• Jashin-chan is typically considered dumb due to the fact that she doesn't learn that her actions have consequences, but otherwise Jashin-chan is noticeably more intelligent than Debby. Jashin-chan is shown to be a good cook, probably the best baker, a good crafter, and a good gamer (as she is pretty good at Taiko no Tatsujin). The best you can say about Debby is she beat Dark Souls. Otherwise, Debby is generally stupid, having literally zero intelligence and even nearly offed herself by eating poisonous fly agaric mushrooms.
• Jashin-chan's wall of hax... I think you only need to go as far as her Low-High regeneration to see how much better she is in the hax department than Debby.
• Debby has a self-BFR that happens after an hour. Debby couldn't get around this unless Reizu goes through a week's worth of paperwork just to authorize a trip. Debby's self-BFR keeps her out of Earth for the remainder of the day.

There are things that would help Debby as well... Namely the following.

• Debby has a heat attack. Jashin-chan's regen and immortalities can be bypassed through being cooked thoroughly; however, it is noted that Debby's Deb-beams aren't really, ehh... Thorough...
• Jashin-chan typically refuses to mess with more powerful supernatural beings directly. Granted she did attack Minos, but that was only because Jashin-chan was provoked and Minos probably didn't have much in the way of superpowers. Instead, Jashin-chan would try to put them in a state of disarray as noted when Jashin-chan decided to try killing Koji (Yusa's sister). Considering thugs messing with Rokurou was enough to set Debby off, more than likely Debby would not let Jashin-chan walk again if Jashin-chan even tried to mess with Rokurou.
• Debby has a range advantage over Jashin-chan.
