Or, Janemba just passively Power Nulls him.

He also got his Magic crystals which would passively absorb the energy of any Ki blast from Cooler's part.

So blasting Janemba is not an option.

He could also make duplicates of Cooler to make his Life impossible, etc...


So watchout before saying that hes Hax would be useless

None of these are in-character for Janemba at all, and Cooler escapes sealing with IT, not to mention that when Janemba attacks Cooler, his data will be transferred to him, and will get all of his abilities

Not really. He only used power null once against King Yemma and even then it's very limited as it's just blocking his ability to prevent the souls from escaping

His powernull and sealing did absolutely nothing to anyone else other than Yemma, and they don't seem even passive at all given no one else was affected by that

About the SSJ Cell form, my understanding was that base Perfect Cell is passively in SSJ, but his non-SSJ form is really weak. That's how he did the Grade 3 transformation, and why Super Perfect Cell looks like an Ssj2.

Cell isn't permanently in Super Saiyan. He can transform into the form much like every other Saiyan or Saiyan Hybrid can. It's just that he didn't even need SSJ to stomp and defeat both Vegeta and Trunks. He only used Grade 3 to prove a point to Trunks about how useless the form really is
