James Bond Physical Upgrade

We have him currently at 10A physically which doesn't make sense. He beat down Jaws and odd job who are atleast wall level from deatsbin Moonranker and Goldfinger alone. Also, I see barely any mention of Bond feats from his game. In this he takes down a Jaws who could survive being thrown of a bridge, (which Daniel Craig's bond does as well, as well as being shot which at the height would make the water feel like concrete), being electrocuted several times and in the movies, kill a shark with this metal teeth. Bond really should be wall level physically not athlete level
