I think the Boss may have too much for Bond here. At speed equal and resistance to explosions, he can eventually beat the Vanquish down honestly even if it's invisible. James is more skilled but I think the Boss has a deadlier Arsenal. Sadly voting for the Boss
 
...That makes me realize that the Boss doesnt have any of his combat vehicles listed despite having access to them...
 
Every time you bump this it reminds me to put vehicles for the boss
