Well after speaking with Shmooply I thought this might be a fun idea, plus I wanted to do a match for Jacob (Yes I know Ezio is beloved but as a fellow Brit I salute the funny top hat man) if nothing else its assassins.

• Speed is equalised
• Smith first key is being used at 9-A, tier 8 is restricted
• Fight takes place in the streets of London
• Both start 10 meters apart.

Jacob iirc has a bit of a scaling chain. It should be Jacob/Evie = Shroud of Eden Starrck = Isu >>> Connor > 0.2499 tons. He can one shot people comparable to him with his hidden blades iirc. For in character he wouldn't lead with stealth attempts though as that's more Evie's gameplan

I'd agree with restricting them, especially since MASK's 8-C attack is homing. Idk if stealth will work cause smiths have precog

Tbf Jacob likely wouldn't open with being sneaky, he even says that's Evie's thing. He has used it a few times but that was in major assassinations such as the head of the London bank and Maxwell Roth hosting a play. That said though AC protags are cracked at sneaking about.

Jacob does have precog too, I'll try and search for it more but he should scale to people like Kassandra and Ezio

Well I'll outline a few points from what I see and will try and come up with more later

Jacob

• Quite a sizeable AP edge, being >>>> 0.2499 tons to Smith's 0.1973 (How casual was this?) and can one shot people comparable to him with his hidden blades and possibly other equipment.
• Higher LS which will favour him in landing stabs.
• Grappling hook will allow him to navigate the battlefield better.

Smiths

• Have like 8 lives more or less, with various flavours of projectiles and approaches to fights.
• Better skill, being able to fight a small army.
• Have spirits that can tell them advice on how to proceed.

On the topic of skill I'm just gonna copy/paste my argument for the smiths, keep in mind that NMH1 < NMH2 < TSA < Killer7 and that TSA people upscale from Shiroyabu.

• No More Heroes 1: A fighter's instincts are honed as they become more powerful, and even low tier combatants in KTP are capable of instinctually sensing or perceiving things they could otherwise not know, capable of sensing others' bloodlust or presence through their instincts, as well as enter a state where their bodies react to issues automatically or they enter a state in which they can fight through sheer instinct. Even at the beginning of the game (Travis grows in skill a LOT through the game, going from greatly inferior to his master Ryu to surpassing him by the fourth to last boss) Travis easily stomped the 11th best assassin in America, Helter Skelter. He can fight while having his perception messed with, learn wrestling moves just by watching matches, and alongside a wide variety of wrestling moves, he knows techniques that allow him to stun foes in a single hit. Has stated that he makes his mind go blank during a fight, fighting with his instincts, which allows him to dodge surprise attacks behind, and can consistently block attacks coming from any direction without needing to turn, even ones that would require extreme precision such as bursts of automatic gunfire. Can complete various assassination gigs which required him to defeat several enemies at once, often under a time limit or heavy limitations to his abilities (Such as being forbidden from using his weapons, or dying in a single hit), including Death Match 100, which pits him up against a hundred enemies at once, also SPS ig; Bad Girl is stated to be moving purely on instinct, and to have the same instincts as her father, Badman (Who even before learning how to fight and kill, was already able to deflect a ball flying at him at deadly speed while both unconscious and blindfolded, and who can fight purely on instinct when using a baseball bat), but more potential, and is a naturally incredibly skilled fighter despite having no training.
• No More Heroes 2: Upscales from No More Heroes. Travis is explicitly at his strongest yet, even at the beginning of the game. Easily defeated Kimmy Howell, a junior assassin who could learn in one day techniques that would take years for the average assassin to learn, and had trained to fight Travis for years; Million Gunman can ricochet bullets off multiple surfaces and hit his foes with them afterwards.
• Mokutaro Shiroyabu - Criminal power, something that is essentially embodied by all criminals but especially those who are especially skilled, brutal or tied to Kamui, is directly linked to power and skill, and HCU members are supposed to reliably deal with Kamui-related cases. Shiroyabu is capable of killing highly skilled (armed) hitmen even with just his bare hands, can tag several "deliverymen" (armed hitmen) in a gunfight in the dark just by the lights on their helmets and ended up killing more than 200 of them in just that one battle, all alone. Has access to several unexplained but somehow very effective special moves, such as "Hunt", which sees him closing his eyes, then dodging an enemy's attack anyways, paralyzing them as he opens his eyes (possibly just shocking them), then moving imperceptibly and landing a completely unnoticed killing blow, "Hypershot", which sees Jabroni firing in "a strange way" that tags opponents who would have dodged a normal shot, "Eeny Meeny Miny Moe", which I honestly just have no clue but hey it works, and Death-Filing, a mysterious supernatural technique that seems to induce instant death. Just by reading a hitman's file, Shiroyabu could correctly gauge how many moves he would need to kill him.
• Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes: Upscales from No More Heroes 2. Additionally, Travis could stomp Mokutaro Shiroyabu and fight a version of Kamui greatly superior to the one he may be comparable to, and as such he greatly upscales from him. Travis also defeated Eight Hearts, placing him above Shadows of the Damned characters. Travis' defense is so good that even fighters better than him cannot get past his guard at all, and he will manage to pre-emptively counter their attacks the second they drop theirs; Badman is a highly skilled fighter capable of eliminating hundreds of opponents in a single fight, and has studied how to kill a man with a bat swing no matter the position.
• Killer7 - Dan Smith terrified Badman, and is noted to be on a completely different skill level, with Dan himself knowing full well of Travis but only considering him the best "above ground" assassin, which means they upscale greatly from Travis Strikes Again feats. He was capable of killing hundreds of foes in a single gunfight with just Badman by his side and remain unscathed by predicting the trajectory of every single one of the bullet they fired. Kevin can throw over a half dozen knives at once without any loss of accuracy or power. Despite specializing in gun combat, the Smiths are extremely competent in H2H too, each being able of easily countering enemy attacks from up close, with Con being capable of slide-kicking enemies into the air and then riddling them with bullets before they hit the ground.

Yeah my guess is that the Smiths probably take this mid difficulty. It's mostly the skill and multiple tries that cinch it for them, in fairness to Jacob he has a far higher AP scaling and can one shot with certain weapons and has similar abilities to them.

Plus he wouldn't be unfamiliar with the weapons the smiths have, can count on one hand the ac protags who don't use throwing knives as an example.
