Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Mold: As a side effect of his infection by the Mold, Jack possesses superhuman strength far beyond what a man of his age and build should be capable of. He also possesses a Regenerationn factor, though his is on a whole different level as compared to the rest of the Baker family due to his being the first of the Bakers to be infected by Eveline. He is nigh-invulnerable to conventional means of attacks, and attacks of greater power will only slow him down, such as getting shot in the head, blowing a hole through the right portion of his skull, lit on fire, and engulfed in a fiery car explosion. He still comes back even when his upper body explodes following a fight with Ethan Winters, causing him to regenerate into a monstrous entity covered in Eveline's contamination.

Weaknesses: The Walrider needs a host for survival due to its nature (using the cells of the host to manufacture the molecules necessary for its creation), It has a history of taking the killer of its previous host as its new host
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Body Possession: The Walrider can invade the body of a target and manipulate the being it has invaded. This means that it can throw the target around like a ragdoll, slamming it into walls, or suspend the target in air (implied to be choking the target at the same time). It can also tear the target apart from the inside.
- Parasitism: The Walrider requires a host to survive. If its current host dies it will usually seek out their former host's killer and use them as their new host.
