Full Cowling 100% Deku vs Himiko Natsuno

Deku has Eri on his back, and Eri is stuck on with Superglue and is invincible, and knows how to control her power enough to NOT negatively impact Izuku (basically Izuku can't die from using OFA Full owl 100%)

Deku has access to his 1,000,000% Delaware Detroit Smash

Both 8B

Speed equal

If this is the BNHA Himiko then I'm pretty sure this is a mismatch.

Deku is 8-B with 100% and Himiko is 8-C. I'm pretty sure he could just knock her out with 1 punch and he woudn't even need 1,000,000% unless I'm missing something.

When you search 'Himiko', you get three Himikos. I don't know exactly how high Deku is in the 8-B, but it seems that Himiko has the superior AP. Deku could still win with his 1,000,000% attack. I think the fight could go both ways so I'll wait until more people voice their opinions before I take a vote.

You don't know this because you're a new member, but people are not supposed to comment on threads that haven't seen any activity for more than a month. It's called a "necro" and people dislike it because it's an old thread that clutters up their notifications.

Technically if the conditions of the thread haven't changed, there is no problem with bumping even after a month. Pretty sure we had a thread on this a few months back when some of Velox's threads got closed despite bumping them for a while.
