-Endeavor Agency Arc Deku is used.
-Both are Low 7-B (20% Deku)
-Speed is equal.
-Both are in-character, but want to win.
-Takes place in Amity arena. Both characters are 20 meters apart.

Ruby seems to have almost 2x the AP and more versatile abilities as well as the fact that Izuku's body would be strained from the usage of continuous smashing. Ruby for reasons above.

1) 20% does not strain him as bad anymore, to the point he can fight while having gaping holes in his body and having his muscles torn to shreds by his own reflected strength, then proceed to break his arms into tiny pieces by going 100%. He has enough stamina to fight at this level.

2) Ruby is baseline 1 megaton, so Deku is stronger by nearly 2x, not her. She does not scale to the Maidens.

3) Her versatility is easy to get around due to Deku’s intelligence and Analytical Prediction, as most of her versatility is just different bullet types and her semblance

4) This match is irrelevant because RWBY is being upgraded soon

This is like the fourth RWBY Vs Deku match, why are ya’ll making them right when the verse is getting upgraded.

Given that everything is staying the same and that it’s still 1 megaton baseline for Ruby I’ll say Izuku FRA.

blackwhip also helps a lot in this key essentially forcing Ruby to use her semblance to escape and using/wearing down her aura at the same time
