IIRC, ├és Nödt's power works after he uses reishi thorns to pierce his opponent and can be resisted for some time.

I'm not seeing any resistance to anything like that on his profile so it's valid in this debate. Itachi can also spam Amaterasu. The guy's a glass canon.
