It is there a way to counter Toon Force?

I mean what do you think is the best way of countering a Toon character that can do insane stuff, like Popeye or Baby Ducks (Regular Show) or Bugs Bunny?

By the way, The Dip from Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Epic Mikey is banned... it has to be a clear and fair fight so no omnipotence either...

Hmm, without toon force...well, i will said that the other character will need a high level of reality warping.

or being a higher-dimensional entity surely.

Higher level reality warping.

I remember a DC/Looney Tunes crossover in which Mxy brought the toons into the DCU, and with the exception of Yoyo Dodo, he was much more powerful than all of them. They, as usual, only beat him due to trickery and wit.

The Main criteria for application of ToonForce must be the element of "funny", I think that it will be fair to assume that in an area ToonForce is applying it has to apply to ALL the characters in the area, as no serious deaths or injuries happen in these cartoons which are not irreversible. As every character in these cartoons can use toonforce to some extent, It must not be considered as not a character ability but an area field characterstics. Saying this, one way to counter toonforce can be toonforce itself, and if some one really wants to kill a toon, it can be mind control, If someone is able to make a toon angry and the toon starts to really want to kil someone, it will no longer be funny and toonforce will stop applying then.

That doesn't work for the comic book version of The Mask, he kills in many brutal ways.

i thought it was applicable only on cartoons.. I think Mask is using some sort of reality warping, and his properties are limited on whenever someone is wearing the mask,, it can and has been negated simply by taking off the mask. Toonforce on the other hand is an infinite source of "funny"

Iihiko Shishime,he isn't affected by anything that he doesn't regconize it as an attack.Toon Force is not an attack,of course it won't work against him.
