Is conceptualy create a new body after having the previous one getting conceptualy erase qualified as regen? And if yes what is the lvl of regen required ?

What body? Physical? and for oneself or others? If the later one, I think it wouldn't be a regen but more like creation abilities. But if yes, it could be around Low-Godly to High-Godly.

For herself she have get her body conceptualy erased (the guy who have do that habitualy erase conceptualy the existance of the thing), and she have conceptual recreate one using(used her origin to do it), but it have cost her a big qmount if energie and she have lost part of the experience/memorie that was with the previous body

If people want to know what meodp can do (shiki tohno kill the existence and he conceptually kill it) and arceuid "regen" from that the next day we see her but it had damaged her personnality/memory and power

And we know from the material that the cut is not physical destruction but existence erasure
