Question about godly regen

If A is confirmed to erase Body, Mind, and Soul and has feats proving it would B character regenerating their head from the same EE attack A used does this grant godly regen for B or is complete erasure needed ?

You don't always need regeneration on that level to regenerate. So I don't think so. Complete erasure is needed to get godly regenerations as far as current standards states.
