Isaac has his advanced suit with 2 small med packs,1 medium,and 2 large.His weapons currently are the Plasma cutter,C99 Supercollider contact beam(able to break every limb off a body with one shot),SWS motorized pulse rifle(Dead space 2 version),and the RC-DS Remote control disc ripper.(Please go to this link so you may know all of the weapons functions).Along with stasis and telekinieses.
Master chief has his standard MJOLNIR Mk V1 [GEN2].Has the MA5 assault rifle and the M6 pistol.He also has cortana.

Speed is equalized.

Isaac can fly without Zero G

Both start at a range of 50 meters inside a space station

Also there are UNSC weapons at 25 meters

So basicly he just has to keep fighting and the suit will heal him without him acually doing anything.

Looked at Issac's profile. He has a signifigant advantage in Durability. High 8-C But his physical AP is only 9-B Witch won't do anything to MC. Now his weapons are up to 8-C. Inline with MC's durability of 8-C. But with his current weapons, MC can;t really harm Issac. If he has Forerunner weapons then this would be more fair. Then again MC's experience and Cortana give him an edge.

For now I'd say inconclusive.

I will add thet fact their is weapons at 25 meters.

However the forunner rocket launcher is over kill so I will put UNSC wepons are at 25 meters
