Yes, the lottery Kaito had been conducting was to determine who would have the privilege of gifting him presents for his birthday party. After discussions, it had been decided that among the World Creators who wished to participate, five individuals would be selected by Kaito through a lottery to be granted the right to give him a birthday present.
Electrone, having won that right and basking in her triumph, was met with an overwhelming wave of jealousy and murderous intent from those around her, enough to threaten the collapse of several dimensions. However, she nonchalantly brushed it all off.
Gathered here were members of various fan clubs dedicated to Kaito, established by the World Creators. Specifically, this particular club consisted of those who held romantic feelings for him… or as Electrone described them, the “Die-Hard Devotees”. The jealousy toward Electrone, who had just secured the right to give Kaito a birthday gift, was intense.
Even so, because prior agreements had been strictly established, no actual battles broke out…
Incidentally, other factions existed as well, such as a fan club that worshiped Kaito as an entity on par with Nebula, as he was an entity she referred to as Milord, and another that viewed Kaito as their child, watching over his growth with warm affection. There were many different groups even within the broader fan club.
Since Nebula herself was an entity reigning at the pinnacle of an overwhelming number of World Creators, the sheer number of World Creators who became fans of Kaito was extraordinary.
