Reasons why its not hyperbolic,

Has complete control over time and space- showing he is above it
Is immortal- time does not affect his lifespan at all

Was beaten by a person that right after fought another person that said they transcended time - achnologia

I know these are not feats but just things supporting that he is above time.

Feats why he is not, was going to travel to the space between time which is stated to be nothingness.

Immeasurable (Movement beyond linear time. This is why the speed cannot be measured. Given that S = D/T, if T is undefined the speed formula cannot be applied. This is the same reason why multiple temporal dimensions also grant immeasurable speed.

Control over time is just time manip.

Power that surpasses time is high 3-A/low 2-C at best, assuming it is AP and not time manip too.

Transcending time is vague and rarely gives immensurable unless there is enough context and it refers to actual speed/movement.

Travelling through nothingness is not a speed feat.

all zeref did was manipulate time. he says he has the power to control it freely and that really can mean anything.
also acnologia was defeated by natsu but at that moment he could not use his magic or even move due to his dragon form being on the ship at that moment.
