Is transduality type 3 still 1-A or is that getting changed?

Pretty important for me to know this, as if it is Manifold can be reinstated at tier 0 again

As far am I concerned, the only thing that will be removed is Transduality type 1 and Transduality type 4 will merge with Transduality 3. Other than that, there no other change. TD 3 is still applicable for 1-A and higher.

it has type 3, but currently i didnt think to scale it to that because i was told type 3 was being changed. However now i just want to make sure.

TD 1 would be Type 0, and TD 2 would be Type 2
