Mostly because "in the sense of being "higher" is not explained. Mind giving a bit more context for that, since transcending space-time means nothing on its own.

Higher could mean many thing, geometrically higher, transcended higher, etc....the first higher absolutely not superior to the point of jumping tier

That does sound like Low 1-C, but I’d like to see the scans if you can get ahold of them.
