Is this Acausality and Invulnerability?

Pretty much what is says on the tin can, I'm pretty sure it's probably just Acausality Type 4, though the description of type 5 seems to also fit to an extent since we're shown a character unable to even touch them without help. Also not sure what the first bit says.

This doesn't seem to be close to what Acausality or Invulnerability is. I generic Character A cannot kill character B scene is not even close to that. Acausality means the character is seemingly unkillable due to Existing outside of Fate on certain levels. And invulnerability is basically having the magic ability to reduce a character's attack strength to 0, no amount of raw durability grants that.
