Is this a Tier 4 Feat (Hax)?

Alright, so if it's day time and I wave my hand and a Reality Warping wave goes across the planet and also outer space. The wave changes day to night. No I don't mean the sun moves to the other side of the planet I mean the sun disappears and night rains across the planet and stars appear as the wave passess by.

1. Is this a Tier 4 Feat (via Hax)?

2. If so, is it 4-C, 4-B or 4-A.

It's tier 4, but it's probably 4-C instead of 4-A.

If it destroyed several stars it should be High 4-C.

It didn't destroy stars, it warped reality. Changing the day to night, getting rid of the sun.

An argument can be made that the stars appearing are already there and are being reveled as the day vanishes but for sure, the sun is erased.
