It holds all of existence yet lacks time is a dimension greater than space would logically hold time as well
Though seems like you're able to reach it via wisdom which doesnt seem like a transcends type of thing its honestly probably low 1c if theirs more context you could probably get it higher

Well, the Library exists in a realm/afterlife called Akasha where it is timeless and is more real than dreams, but this place literally acts like a multiverse with an unknown number of worlds. It even transcends this place which time-space exists here, which means that it transcends time, space and reality
