Not anymore. Now its just Supernatural Willpower.

Cause the old page was more or less Empathic Manipulation and it was decided to improve the old Willpower to Supernatural Willpower with some additions.
If you need to use/add Willpower Manipulation on a character find a substitute for the power like Empathic Manipulation|Willpower Manipulation (Add the explanation), or Supernatural Willpower|Willpower Manipulation (Add the explanation), etc.
