Sofia from Sofia the First... Honestly not kidding... Once I upgrade Jafar back to 3A she would be a lot stronger than Sora but Sora would win in a fight since she's very weak in combat experience .

Because otherwise Sora could just jump straight into 2-B as the only thing missing for tier 2 are universal sized "worlds"

Essentially yes. The Ever Realm is treated as a universe that connects to every other Disney world with a "Princess" within it, as stated by the Creator of Sofia the First... It's supported as well by what Princess Cinderella says when summoned by the Amulet.

That is actually huge once you realize the multitude of scaling options you can take by that alone. You can honestly upgrade them to tier 2 as the Ever Realm would supply magically to every disney world as well, which those far below the final villain scales to, as would Sofia once she unlocks what they call her "True Light of Goodness".

Yeah Marvel's Tier 2s just... nuke anything Sora has to offer AP wise. Especially those who scale to essentially destroying all possible universes, which results in monstrous levels of 2A most of the currently listed strongest 2As currently cant even really stand up against w/o hax.
