IS SHIBAI REALLY OMNIPOTENT?

I am curious about something, that I need enlightenment on.

Momoshiki said omnipotence (ability), that can only be controlled by an omnipotent (being) and omniscient god (being) , the absolute WILL that materializes EVERYTHING.

Does this statement make Otsutsuki gods 1A?

Saying that a being was said to have only Omnipotence, Omniscience and Omnipresence does not qualify for 1-A or even tier 0. It needs more content and philosophical lore to it.

There are plenty supposedly "omnipotent" characters that actually are 2-A or even much weaker. From the perspective of beings that are not anywhere near universal, let alone encompass one entire space-time continuum, that might as well be omnipotence.

it's said multiple times that eida can't actual properly use the omnipotence, and requires a trigger unlike the other ots who can.

Yes, but the character couldn't control it. That's why it was said only an omnipotent and omniscient god can control it

If you don't get what that means, I'm saying statements of omnipotence without anything else backing it up means absolutely nothing because it depends solely on what the people making said statements consider to be omnipotence.

From the perspective of ants, humans can do everything they can and beyond that including things they can't even comprehend. Therefore, humans are omnipotent.
