Just as the title says.

Because I noticed there's no Peak Human tier. And I was wondering if it was Street Level.

Or is Peak Human just Athlete Level but above the baseline?

Like Athlete Level+.

In terms of AP, Striking Strength and Durability, Peak Human is indeed Street level.

Hardest punch was by Mike Tyson, who traded blows with Frank Bruno, whose punching power is 1425 ft-lbs or 1925.261 J, hardest kick I think measures around at 2749 ft-lbs by Shogun Rua, which is 3727.144 joules.
