If a character can access a dimension that transcends a 3-A or a Low 2-C structure, reaching a Low 1-C structure through his own speed, without using any type of power.
This would be immeasurable speed?

OR

If a character can go through an entire High 1-B structure, reaching, as it were, from one point to another, using only his speed, without using any power.
This would be an example of immeasurable speed?

Stuff that mentions movement through time through speed or quicker then instantaneous movement or other such impossibilities done through speed, its very context dependent and is judged on a case-by-case basis.
