Is extreme physical appearances considered as Social Influencing?

In fictional works, we sometimes can see characters who have extreme physical appearances and such appearance could induce effects. For example, a character may be too beautiful for other people to hold the will of attacking them. Another example is that a character may be comedic ugly which causes other people to develop hostile against said character.

The question is: Is extreme physical appearances considered as Social Influencing?

It helps, but a beautiful face hardly do something if the character does not known how to make its words reach "touch" others. So I wouldn't gave someone SI just because is beautiful.

I would say it entirely depends on whether it influences people to a notable degree... like, beyond just landing dates.

Depends on the description. For example the bellow enters that territory.
