Honestly, seeing as Able is 'likely 9-A', that means this is probably not extremely fair at the given distance.

Granted, Hank has more than enough feats for skill to not get rolfstomped in skill, even if one can argue that 076 is quite skillful.

Like I said, stronger or not, 076 has just way more skill when in a combat skill contest. My point still stands.
