Iron Man's Buster Armors

Again, Marvel does not make any sense in terms of speed or othervise. Completely mismatched characters somehow regularly keep up with each other.
 
I have tried to better synchronise his speed ratings to those of Thor and the Hulk by the way.

I was referring to the real cal howard asking whether the Hulkbuster should be slower than regular Iron Man or not.
