Seamus isn't 3-B at all typvially via weapons. Her white holes were a one time thing and Iron Man could escape black holes so why not white holes?

Because said white hole manipulation completely negated a gradually universal resetting black hole that was sucking up even MFTL+ ships and affecting other galaxies?
