If you mean MM's hax, then this is a stomp, now matter how you see it.
(Personally, I'll change to another Mega Man, maybe a 4-B MM vs Thorbuster with speed equalized would be better)

He can't ignore dura like X which makes this a valid fight IMO. and IM still has a huge power edge.
And Geo would destroy IM since his ability to corrupt tech is far superior to Iron Man's in that he can instantly lifewipe the world of tech via power scaling (his noise control is superior to Meteor G's)
