Well Optimus has better AP since he basically stomped the Fallen who No-Sold his own impact which was 1.29 Kilotons and Skill since he could fight three people who were roughly comparable to him at the same time once he went all out. Tony is more mobile but Optimus has fought people who have similar abilities to him before, the only real issue he'll have are those Lasers since they can One-Shot him, but if he can avoid taking any fatal injuries from them he should be able to pull off a win.
Optimus doesn't have Immortality, only longevity.
He has type 2 immortality

That and Tony never leads with it.
Iirc they're not a one-off after the Mark 7 especially not with the Mark 45
If he's in a tight situation I can see him resorting to using the lasers
Power draw is still insanely high so it's not a viable method for Tony to spam in combat either. It's why he never uses it as his first move ever. It's a last-resort kind of thing.

Isn't that already included under his advantage of better maneuverability and flight capabilities? Melee combat will be a death sentence for him tho.

It's a quick raise of the arm. Regardless of speed equalization, that's hard to avoid
