Takes place during Iron Man 2 where Tony gets drunk and has a party at his house, instead of putting on the Mark 2, Rhodey decides to call in his most trusted man, Morbius, to take down Iron Man instead.
Transformed Morbius and Mark 2-5 Iron Man keys are used
Fight takes place in Tony's mansion
Speed Equalized and both start 5 meters apart

Jokes aside don't pay that much attention to the begining text, it's just supposed to be a dumb intro for the fight

But on an actual VS note.

Neither are good combatants in CQC yet, Morbius having a slight edge but not much else in that front.
However Tony’s reliance on Missiles and non CQC attacks is his downfall here, as the good doctor perceives objects in Slow-Mow, meaning his ranged attacks are easy to dodge. Morbius can summon bats which combined have a much much higher LS then Morbius, with only 10 or so of them pinning someone superior to him, so his whole swarm with 100+ bats is a problem.
Also Morbius’s Regen is fast, we don’t know how long it takes for Martine to revive, but it’s likely under a few minutes (assuming movie time it’s ~4:30) which is fast healing because the neck wounds were completely fatal, so anything that does kill Morb here isnt going to put Him down for long.
While Stark does have information analysis, as said before, neither are good enough in cqc for there to be much more to the fighting styles other then HIT HIM
Both have flight so tony can’t zone him out and we’ve seen that Morbius and Milo’s claws were sharp enough to go through metal so enough hits to certain joints and Morb could break the suit.
