Now for cygnar the varies rating for Intelligent but changes to just above average. As shown from their trait in IK requiem they are considered Well Educated. having training in either study of the Arcana, the ability to be Insightful on those around you, the practice of Medicine, the ways or Nature, or Religious lore.
so for the protectorate do to their Pilgrimages have studied history, Religious lore and survival skills this should put them as above average normal smarts. As well they have been trained to be proficient in over 50 melee weapons, but 7 types of armor as well. I think this should make them at least above average, likely gifted in combat smarts.
