Invulnerability for Shinigami's and Hollow's souls

this should rephrased like saying they can only be hurt by spiritual attacks or soul powered attacks. Since not all espada dont use swords but can kill soul reapers and hollows. Also im pretty sure verse equalization fixes this problem anyway tho

But all Espadas are demons, corrupted human souls. They are using soul base attacks.

Arrancar's are Hollows with Soul Reaper Powers opposite of Visord

As Astral King said, this would be fixed by verse equalization. Outright "invulnerability" for all souls in Bleach just makes no sense.

Additionally to what @Frantzy12 said if verse equalization makes both souls or both physical humans that means Bleachverse should get Matter Manipulation especially Quincy that can absorb Reishi and souls in Bleach are made of Reishis a.k.a. spiritual matter.

I disagree entirely with this. This would be like saying Ganondorf is invulnerable because he can only be harmed/killed with the Master Sword. This sounds like nothing but NLF.

Also, Chad isn't a good example because while yes he is a fullbringer, he did not have his powers awakened at that point. He was still only a regular human with at best a glimpse of spiritual awareness. Definitely not to the point of being able to use his actual powers. Plus, having a soul IN an object like a pole and a weapon being entirely spirit based are 2 completely things.

The master sword is a single object not a good example. Chad was nowhere a regular human, he show a lot of Superhuman feats before obtaining his complete fullbring which are shown to have stages like Ginjo explained to Ichigo. Maybe you missed the point that the soul enhances the Fullbringer's own soul and power in the second link. Clear as day.

^ This.

And what Ginjo was talking about seems no different from the Ki i.e. natural spiritual energy.

That last part doesn't mean much since its obvious a soul base attack, that's the entire source of power in the verse since season 1.

Can someone answer? ^

Eh, Ginjo manipulated the soul in the alcohol to make it fly to his mouth. ƒñö
And Force users in Star Wars Canon use telekinesis by willing the Force, which flows through all matter in the universe, to manipulate that object.

What Ginjo did is not matter manipulation. It's just complicated telekinesis.

He did not alter the chemical state of the alcoholo, he did not atomize the liquid or something, he just MOVED it. That's just complicated telekinesis akin to what we see in Star Wars Canon.

It is not matter manipulation.

Look, we can add matter manipulation to Fullbringers if you can produce evidence of them manipulating matter on a molecular or atomic level - manipulating bonds, splitting molecules or atoms, etc.

Have we seen such a thing from any Fullbringer? No? Then no matter manipulation for them.

In the scan Ichigo sees it as light, in the anime, it turns to green light. Matter manipulation. Where is this telekinesis coming from again? It could have been used in a lot of scenarios but they didn't use it. Give me a scan that says its telekinesis. ƒÿÆ

Ginjo turning his cross into a sword?

bruh thats freaking transmutation and that looks like what the qunicy have also turn something like a building into spiritual energy

1. Don't think too much on the light. That's just reiatsu. We see it literally all the time in this series. Reiatsu is involved? You're going to see glowing streams of energy.

2. Telekinesis is the moving of physical objects with one's power (be it the Force, Ki, Reiatsu, etc). Ginjo moved some liquid into his mouth? That's your basic telekinesis right there. It's just that how the TK works in this case is complicated. Ginjo had to pull on the little bit of "soul" in the liquid.

Reiryoku = spirit power the spiritual energy people have.

Reiatsu = spirit pressure, the physical force of one's Reiryoku.

Reishi = spirit particles. Like atoms, molecules etc, but for spirits etc.

Reiraku = spirit threads, Condensed spirit energy which takes the form of a thread of cloth. Normal people have white threads, Shinigami have red threads.

It is a soul weapon. It transformed.

You want to give matter manipulation to literally every damn character in this verse whose weapon transforms?

Changing the shape of something is not transmutation. Changing the chemical form of something is transmutation. Making a cross into a sword of the same material is just Transformation.

Lol Astral King I'm not sure if you know what your saying, they're manipulating the matter of the spiritual world. Quincy are the only ones who do it.
ZchR50t
This is a scan of Uryu doing it.

"I can transform the form of objects" sounds like matter manipulation on his sword. Only Fullbringers, and Quincy with verse equalization.

1. The light was never said to be reiatsu, and reiatsu is traceable I doubt they will risk "their hidden location" to tsukushima who at the time had their memories erased and change so they thought of him as an enemy.

2. Do they all have telekinesis since the energy appears when they are walking the air, which according to manga is by manipulating the spiritual matter (reishi) and form it under their feet as a foothold.

that looks like energy absorbtion first of all. Second you have to ask you self is the moleculer bonds being torn apart only a side effect of him absorbing the the energy from the buildings instead. If its something he cant use himself he shouldnt have it applied. That just sounds like a effect of absorbing the reishi from the building
