"Extraordinary Genius: Individuals whose knowledge spreads over multiple fields of science and who vastly surpass the real world's upper human limits." - https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Intelligence
"I think that we should continue to stick by real-world standards for Gifted and Genius intelligence, that Extraordinary Genius should continue to be a wide spectrum far beyond what is humanly possible" - https://vsbattles.com/threads/simplifying-intelligence-ratings.133152/post-4571966
Human possibility, in regards to intelligence (or feats thereof), is gray area in some cases. Especially when it comes to down to individual or collaborative cases.
In the real world, geniuses are far and few between (even the title get misattributed and misused). 'Extraordinary geniuses' (in the real world) are slim to none. Rarer than a standard genius.
-Savants who are able to perform feats similar to a computer may fall into this category
-Polymaths who excel in 20+ fields (for example Shen Kuo, Ibn al-Nafis, etc).
-Certain Chess Grandmasters (1 against multiple players)
-Nikolai Telsa (conceptualized advanced tech way beyond his time; 'Free Energy'; 'Wireless Energy'; Wardenclyffe Tower)
-You could count Solomon [1]
-John von Neumann
-Benjamin_Bolger and Michael_Nicholson_(academic) - Possesses 25+ degrees; Certain Perpetual Students
Professor V.N. Parthiban - possesses 145 degrees
-In a collective case, CERN has reportedly pulled off technological feats of something you would see or hear from sci-fi [1][2][3][4].
1-11-24 Edit:
By technicality, collective intelligence may count as EG since different entities are at work. Far outperforming what a single person can singlehandedly do.
Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), even though barely scratching the surface of obtaining it, could potential reach EG levels; outperforming most people across the board.
