While we're on the topic of Octavius, shouldn't Insomniac Spider-Man get another key for his Anti-Ock armor since he got stomped without it or at least a "higher with" rating?

So FTL thinking speed?
FTL nerve signal reception speed.

That doesn't extend to reactions or thinking because those are far more involved processes than simply receiving signals from nerves, so... this doesn't really help you upgrade the verse at all. It means she should be mentally faster than normal, but since brain processes are much more complicated than this, it doesn't tell us exactly how much faster than normal he should be, since it doesn't literally say he reacts faster than a nanosecond, just that he receives signals from his nerves that fast.

Sorry.

If this statement's basically unusable as a feat, maybe it'd be better to remove it from the profile as it may cause some confusion.

It's useful as a supporting statement for him having superhuman reaction and perception speed, because super-fast nerve conduction speed would increase his reaction speed. It's just not a clear-cut increase since it doesn't factor in the processing speed for the information received from those nerves. Everything happening the the nerves outside of the brain is done in less than a nanosecond thanks to this statement, but everything taking place in the brain itself is still ambiguous.

It can be kept, but it should be made clear that the statement doesn't directly correlate with his reaction time, and is just a supporting statement.
