Infinite speed and passive

Does someone having infinite speed mean they can ignore passive abilities? what if the passive ability is fate manipulation? what if you also have infinite speed?

It is... debatable, so far there's no standards for it could/couldn't, at least for now.

It really only works if the passive has a finite range.
The infinite speed user would have to enter and leave the range before they stop moving.
If the fate manipulation affects the entire universe then there's (probably) nowhere they can stop moving without being affected.

For example:
If someone has passive death hax that's 30 meters around them, then an infinite speed user could enter that range and then leave in zero time.
From an outside perspective, the infinite user had not entered the range at all.

If the passive user also has infinite speed, then it depends on whether or not their passive works while they're moving at infinite speed.
If it does, then it stands to reason their passive will also work on other infinite speed people.
