Like the title suggest what level of Soul Manipulation would you have if you can manipulate/create an Infinite amount of Souls?

Would that be considered as 4-D Soul Manipulation?

No, waht to have 4D soul hax, show the feat that character can soul hax a 4D character, or can hax someone who have 4D soul hax resistance, or have hax from Universal Energy System and said Energy is 4D in potency
