praetorian most likely wins due to being very strong, fast and extermlly agile.there are also comparable in size and the praetorian most likely has superoir intelligence. the acid is just another advantage for the xenomorph. even if the indomius manages some good hits the acid will cause alot of harm to it.

Indominus advantage is it's size, however if Indominus try to bite the Xeno or hit it, it'll get burned by the acid as stated above. Not to mention Praetorian can also spit the acid and more agile since it's smaller.
