The fight takes place in cybertron a few kilometers away from each other with both of their speeds equalized to prevent any speed stomps, OVER-1 gets prep time against arceus since he's broken as hell.

In all seriousness, I doubt even prep would help him, because Arceus would just wipe the concept of knowledge from him. Then proceeds to use his godly hax to wipe him from the face of the universe.

Is everyone just going to ignore the impossible to bridge speed gap (speed equalized doesn't work when immeasurable characters are involved) and the fact that OVER-1 is still badly outhaxed?

This is incomplete Arceus who's infinite in speed. There's also no set limit on speed equalization.

@TMR Alright. I just thought we were using the Omnipresent version (who should have Immeasurable reactions and combat speed due to being superior to the Creation Trio).

OVER-1's only chance is to take him apart with .EXE's data, matter, and energy manipulation powers. Otherwise he gets wrecked.
