Will characters that get caught in the purge be able to come back if they get reexamined and edited correctly after the purge happens? (Example: Downgrading them to below tier 1/0 or going more into detail why they're tier 1/0)

I'll tell you now that we're not going to be responding well to people editing pages just to dodge the purge either.

Remove a tier 1 or tier 0 thing from a page to avoid this and the page still gets deleted.

Think that you shouldn't really just be adjusting your page to avoid the purge because not only is it just skirting around a big project, but it's disingenuous to your character stats as you had intentionally designed them within that range, only to change it hastily at a moments notice to prevent deletion rather than it being an honest adjustment to statistics and storytelling.

Just take the character to a sandbox and refine them for when the purge is finished.

If you figure they are valid, then it is time. Anyway, Hop was planning a restructure anyway. Tier 0 just fit the writing, but to be fair, Hop will adjust all 1/0 pages to Unknown. (These pages don't fit in many cosmologies or the Tier hierarchy system well)
