One 2-A prep time Dr. Doom feat I forgot to mention was how in Fantastic Four #569, it is shown that while Dr. Doom was training for revenge on the Marquis of Death, he killed a Watcher to protect his secrets. And it's pretty clear that Doom was the killer, since he says that he protected his secrets from "prying eyes" while showing the dead Watcher.
One could argue that Doom may have used magic since he talked about "mastering the black arts", but since this was offscreen it is safer to just consider this a prep-time feat.
This is also a testament to the power of the Marquis of Death, since even though Doom could kill a Watcher he STILL viewed the Marquis as way above him (btw I really wish the Marquis of Death still had his VS battle page).
