Immortality Question

Okay, so I was curious what type of immortality someone would get from the following.

Say, someone has complete control over life and death, and their powers are useless against you, what immortality would you have? Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Uhh this is extremely vague and not dependent on YOUR powers. it could be anything type 8 to type 6, or 5, or 4.or even 3 if high enough regen.

Okay, so maybe I can clarify a little...

The character can think about you dying, and you'd die. And they have done this to characters in a High 1-C multiverse. You have no deities protecting you, and that character can't think about you dying. They're powerless against you.

thats type 5. or type 3 with high enough regen, as I could see you regenating your consciousness from death with certian regens.

One last question, if you guys can.

If the character uses thoughts to kill someone, is it manipulation of the concept of death, or manipulation of life and death data?
