Immortality Question

If a character is both dead and alive at the same time would they qualify for immortality types 5, 7, both or none

I could be wrong but I think it would only be Type 7, they are still both alive and dead they are beyond or unbound from life and death.

You have to be free from life and death to have Immortality Type 5. If you are both dead and alive you cant be beyond them/

Both alive and dead would depend on what's showcased, hough this would usually be Type 7 Immortality. But never both, that's completely contradictory.
